Adam Milliard-Ball, Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at the University of California Santa Cruz, will be leading this discussion series. This event is part of the NYU Seminar Series co-sponsored by the Marron Institute and the NYU Furman Center. 

Adam Milliard-Ball is currently an Assistant Professor in theEnvironmental Studies Department at University of California, Santa Cruz. His research primarily focuses on bridging urban planning,environmental policy, and transportation. Adam is currently studyingclimate adaptation planning, the design of carbon trading programs, parking policy and global sprawl. Previous to this, Adam has also at McGill University, and was a Principal with the transportation planningfirm Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates.
