Mark Willis Speaks at Moody’s Housing Conference on Economic and Regulatory Trends Panel

Moody’s Housing Conference, held on March 23, 2016 in New York City, convened industry leaders to examine current trends and their implications on housing-related credits.

NYU Furman Center Senior Policy Fellow Mark Willis participated in a panel at the conference entitled "Economic and Regulatory Trends" that covered key regulatory, macroeconomic, and demographic themes that shape housing today. The panel discussion explored what a housing market looks like when properly functioning at full capacity, the steps needed to create such a market, and the effects that demographics will have on the market in coming years.
