Faculty Director Ingrid Gould Ellen Presents at Housing Summit in Washington
This week, Furman Center Faculty Director Ingrid Gould Ellen traveled to Washington, D.C. to take part in the Bipartisan Policy Center’s 2014 Housing Summit. “Housing America’s Future: New Directions for Housing Policy.”
The two-day summit is addressing a variety of topics from the challenges of securing a mortgage for creditworthy borrowers to the influence of millennials on the housing market, with a focus on the future of housing finance and policy at the national level. Ellen spoke on a panel entitled “Does the U.S. Have the Right Balance in Housing Policy?” along with other federal housing policy experts.
