Pathway Home

Pathway Home is a program that enables families and individuals to move out of shelters by moving in with friends or family members (“host families”). Pathway Home can help these families and individuals move from shelters back to the community as quickly as possible by providing monthly payments to a host family for up to 12 months. The program is open to all eligible families or individuals who have resided in shelter for at least 90 days. In addition to monthly payment, which is provided for up to 12 months, Pathway Home also provides a $500 gift card to both the resident and the host. This program replaced Living in Communities (LINC) VI in 2018.
