MFY provides eviction prevention services in Manhattan to seniors age 60 and over and to tenants in most areas south of 129th Street. MFY’s East Side SRO Law Project provides legal assistance to SRO residents citywide (except for the west side of Manhattan), and our Mental Health Law Project provides services citywide to people with mental disabilities. In addition, MFY offers foreclosure prevention legal services to low-income homeowners in Queens and Staten Island.
