WEBINAR: Briefing on FloodzoneData.us

Join NYU Furman Center researchers for a webinar briefing on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. EST. FloodzoneData.us is a data tool presented by the NYU Furman Center that describes the housing and population located in the U.S. floodplains. Three accompanying fact briefs summarize data describing the housing stock and population living in the U.S. floodplain, including an analysis of areas in Texas and Florida that were affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

The webinar training will walk users through a demonstration of the data resources on FloodzoneData.us and include an overview of data trends from the accompanying brief series. The webinar is free and open to the public; advance registration is required.
