May 24, 2011: Furman Center Resident Research Fellow Mark Willis joined a panel of experts to speak at the Microfinance USA Conference 2011 on modernization of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The Community Reinvestment Act connects private and public institutions to meet the credit needs of under-served communities, and several bills are pending before the U.S. House of Representatives which would amend the law.
