March 21, 2011: Ingrid Gould Ellen gave a presentation on the causes and consequences of the foreclosure crisis in New York City at a panel discussion titled “2011: The Growing Impact of the Subprime Mortgage and Credit Crisis on New York City,” hosted by the New York chapter of the American Planning Association.
